Overview
API 5L carbon steel pipeline construction for steel grids and city gate stations.
Construction of medium and high-pressure steel pipelines for CGD steel grids, CGS yards, and district regulating stations. Includes API 5L Gr.B/X42 pipe handling, bending, welding (SMAW/GTAW), NDT, FBE/3LPE coating repair, and cathodic protection interfacing.

- Welder qualification per ASME Section IX
- 100% RT/UT inspection on butt welds
- Coating holiday testing and field joint coating
- Pre-commissioning, drying, and nitrogen purging
