Pressure Testing
Overview
Hydro and pneumatic pressure testing per OISD-226 and T4S regulations.
Pre-commissioning hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing of MDPE, steel, and composite pipelines per PNGRB T4S, OISD-226, and ASME B31.8. We provide chart recorders, dead-weight testers, and signed test packs.
Scope & Deliverables
- 24-hour chart-recorder pressure logs
- Dead-weight tester calibration certificates
- Witness sign-off with TPI / PMC
- Final test pack and clearance certificate
